Llevarancho Road Estate
This unique project built in a variable soils environment and wildfire zone offers panoramic views of the surrounding hillsides stretching from Topanga canyon to the Reagan Library. Built within a prominent wildfire zone the home was built entirely from high pressure concrete and equipped with extensive fire mitigation systems to ensure its survival should it be surrounded by fires from the neighboring hillsides. The project also features off-grid water and solar capabilities making it survivable in the event of a larger natural disaster. Finally, the home features a large industrial scale butler building for vehicle and equipment storage including RV’s, quad bikes, and heavy duty construction equipment used for maintaining the large estate.
